Madeleine Lawler PhD

Director of Regional Development Australia & CEO

Madeleine comes to RDA MNC with a background in executive and senior management roles within local government, health service management, organisational improvement consulting and academia. Her professional motivation is to work collaboratively to help communities thrive, working with private, not-for-profit and government organisations to generate great outcomes. She completed her PhD in 2019 studying social enterprises working with young people as a model for social service delivery. She has a keen interest in organisational improvement and quality management gained in her consulting career in the UK and Australia.

Dianne Wall

Chief Operations Officer

Dianne has extensive experience in finance and human resources management.  Her background includes holding both finance and human resource roles in a range of industries including the not-for-profit and community services sector, manufacturing, vehicle industry and accounting.  Dianne holds a Bachelor of Business (HRM) from Southern Cross University.

Whilst Dianne has worked in the corporate world, her passion and interest lies within the not-for-profit sector to deliver outcomes for our local communities and their most vulnerable people. 

Dianne is also a life member of the Macksville Marlins Swimming Club and has received an Award for Services for the Community for her advocacy for the heating of the local pool.

Samantha Bonanno

Business Support Officer

Samantha is our Business Support Officer, providing finance and migration support to the organisation, and any other support that is needed within other ongoing projects. Sam is a qualified bookkeeper, admin guru and a passionate organiser.

Sam holds a Certificate IV in bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting and Diploma of Event Management.

Sam grew up in the Bellingen and Nambucca Valley and never wanted to move away from the MNC. Sam is enthusiastic about helping the community and assisting with education, being treasurer for the local school P&C.

Helen Mansfield

Local Connector

In her new role at RDAMNC, Helen leads The Welcome Experience as our Local Connector. Her role is designed to enhance essential worker’s experience within the Mid North Coast region by assisting them with their housing, health, education and community integration needs.

With a background as the Regional Co-ordinator for Business NSW, Mid North Coast, and a valuable role on the GPMTA board since 2020, Helen has dedicated her career to fostering inclusive, innovative connections within the local community.

Charlee Weston

Project Support & Communications Officer

Charlee Weston has joined RDAMNC as our Project Support and Communications Officer, to specifically assist with the delivery of The Welcome Experience and provide communication services to RDAMNC.

With a Bachelor of Communications and a Diploma of Practice Management, Charlee excels in coordinating projects, crafting strategic communications, and fostering community engagement to support the growth and development of the Mid North Coast region.
