WHAT THE *&^% does Transformation By Design mean? I am constantly asked about this year’s Ignite MNC theme. So if you’ve been asking yourself this question don’t worry, you’re not alone.
Here’s what it means to us…
It means that it’s time to transform – to change – to create change in our region.
It means that rather than taking an accidental or serendipitous approach to change let’s do it on purpose – by design.

Consider the idea of transformation. What does it mean to you? Is it the butterfly emerging from the cocoon? Is it day transforming to night or is it spring transforming to summer? When you think about it there are dozens of examples of transformation happening in our every day day.
TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION
